The award for technical excellence was given to Radius’ telecoms business unit, in recognition of its technical expertise in delivering NFON telephony solutions to its customers. Radius has been working with NFON since 2021 and has successfully implemented and supported their platform for hundreds of customers across the UK.
One of the reasons for the win was Radius’ extensive training programme for in-house engineers, which enables Radius to be self-sufficient in delivering end-to-end solutions from sales, to provisioning, to in-life technical support. The engineers have undergone rigorous certification and accreditation to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to support their clients’ needs.
