VAT and excise duty refunds
If your fleet regularly travels in mainland Europe or the Republic of Ireland, we offer our VAT recovery service to help you save time on administrative tasks. Our reclaim service is integrated with your Radius European fuel card invoices which include transactions for all countries visited on one single document. The benefit of this is you only have to submit one reclaim request instead of one for each country you’ve visited. Once you've submitted your request, we'll do the rest of the work for you. You'll receive refunds each quarter, or you can choose to upgrade to our fast service if you want to receive your refund quicker.
We do the work for you, uploading your invoices automatically for fast processing. You will receive your European VAT reclaim every quarter. You can also choose to upgrade to our Fast Refund System.
You'll have access to our detailed management report to keep up-to-date with the status of claims.
We'll take care of all of the administrative tasks. We apply for reimbursement from the authorities of the relevant countries for you. This allows you to focus on your other business activities.
Your account manager will ensure that your forms are completed on time and sent with all the documents needed for your claims. They'll then follow them up until you receive your refund.

Keep your fleet clean while out on the road by using your fuel card to pay for a truck wash. All transactions are added to one invoice alongside your fuel and other on-road service costs.
