Meet Alice
After joining our graduate scheme last year, Alice Thompson has worked in a range of teams across our business, and now sits within our marketing function, supporting the delivery of product training and impactful internal and external communications.
Alice has had the opportunity to work with members of our Senior Leadership Team (SLT), as well as travelling to Majorca and Dublin.

The Radius graduate scheme was a very valuable experience as it provided me with the opportunity to rotate through various departments within the fuel division. Through continuous learning, support and mentorship the scheme has given me the skills and confidence to take on new roles. Since the graduate scheme, I have had two roles within Radius, first as a Key Team Manager - Fuel Account Management, and now as EU Distribution Manager - Telematics.

The graduate scheme at Radius has given me opportunities I don’t believe I would have had elsewhere. During my time on the scheme I was able to work across multiple business units and took on varied roles, but one thing that stayed consistent was the chance to take on genuine responsibility and work with great people. Joining the Radius Leadership Graduate Programme has been a brilliant jump-start for my career. I have had roles in the data science team, credit management and currently telematics inventory management. Whilst in Credit I was given a project that involved travelling to the Malaysian office for two months to enhance the global collections process. This was a great opportunity and demonstrated that central processes need to adapt to suit international consumer behaviour.
