Former Veritas CTO Pablo Stern Joins Radius As SVP Engineering

pablosternAnother month, another great executive hire added to the team at Radius. Today, we’re excited to announce that Pablo Stern has joined Radius to lead our engineering team as we continue to build one of the most advanced data science and engineering organizations. Pablo joins us from Veritas — Symantec’s former Information Management business — where he served as their Chief Technology Officer. For most enterprise software companies, attracting the best engineers and data scientists is typically a challenge, but by investing in great leadership, we’ve been able to overcome that challenge.

Great companies are built for the long term and hiring ahead of where you are today is the only way to scale. We’re building a company that allows CMOs and marketers to use predictive analytics to make great decisions and to optimize their marketing efforts. As we learn and add more customers like the ones we have today — Staples, American Express, First Data, Walmart, and many others — it’s important to make sure that we add the right talent that can serve and delight these amazing brands.

I met Pablo about six months ago and from our first meeting, I was confident that he would be the leader we were looking for. I’m very much looking forward to the next several years working together and continuing to build Radius into a company that lasts for the long-term.
