Darian is an entrepreneur. He was an early employee at Facebook and worked on the Sell Your Item team at eBay. He has founded, invested in, and advised many successful technology companies. Prior to starting Radius, Darian studied Computer Science and Philosophy at UC Berkeley.
Prior to Radius, David was Chief Customer Officer at Yammer, playing an instrumental role in the company’s fast-paced growth and eventual acquisition by Microsoft for $1.2 billion in 2012. In his spare time, David is an avid scuba diver, angel investor, and philanthropist.
CPO and co-founder
As an undergrad, Noah founded one of the top file distribution networks for the PC games industry and the first revenue-sharing video web site. In his spare time, Noah collects cease and desist orders from Google & YouTube.
CTO and co-founder
Prior to Radius, Adrian was pursuing a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the UC Irvine. He holds degrees in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering from the UC Berkeley.
Megan Austin Karlen
VP of Business Development
Megan has extensive experience building partnerships and growing businesses, having spent her career as a business development executive and private equity investor. She earned her AB from Harvard College and her MBA from Harvard Business School.
VP of Sales
Jerry brings more than 20 years experience building and scaling highly successful, hyper-growth sales teams at companies like Box, SuccessFactors, OneLogin and FedEx. He earned a BS in Journalism from the University of Oregon.
VP of Marketing
Peter is a marketing technologist who builds revenue-generating machines. He has built data-driven Marketing teams at firms ranging from open source startups to tech giants like BEA, EMC and Citrix. Peter holds a BSc in Physics from the University of Auckland in his native New Zealand.
VP of Design
Jordan loves design. For many years he ran his own small studio where he managed local and national clients. Before joining Radius in 2009, Jordan was an Assistant Professor of Design at Illinois State University. He holds an MA and MFA from the University of Iowa.
VP of Strategic Partnerships
Previously Michele was the acting Chief of Staff at the U.S. Small Business Administration and was a consultant at McKinsey & Co. and PricewaterhouseCoopers. She earned a BS in Mathematics from UCLA and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
VP of Product
Arup is a product enthusiast. Prior to Radius he defined and implemented product strategy at companies like GoodData and Box. Arup holds degrees in Computer Science and Economics from Duke University and an MBA from the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley.
Director of Data Science
Jody's contributions as a founder, analyst, engineer, and architect span ten early to mid stage start up ventures. He brings substantial cross functional experience along with an affinity for assembling teams and leading them through high growth. His current focus is data science, visualization, and engineering.
Head of Business Operations
Dan runs finance and operations for Radius. Prior to joining Radius, he led strategic finance and FP&A at LiveRamp, and spent time in venture capital and investment banking. He earned his AB from Duke University.
Jonathan Ebinger, General Partner, joined BlueRun Ventures in September 2000 and is based in Menlo Park. He focuses on communications, media, and mobility opportunities.
Joe Lonsdale co-founded Palantir Technologies, a multi-billion dollar software company which develops mission-critical analysis systems used by government and financial organizations around the world. He is also the founder of Addepar, a leader in private wealth management technology.
Andrew McCollum is an Entrepreneur in Residence at NEA. He was part of the founding team of Facebook, the world's largest social networking website, where he contributed to numerous aspects of the core product and architecture.
