Darian is an entrepreneur. He was an early employee at Facebook and worked on the Sell Your Item team at eBay. He has founded, invested in, and advised many successful technology companies. Prior to starting Radius, Darian studied Computer Science and Philosophy at Berkeley.

Noah Hayes

As an undergrad, Noah founded one of the top file distribution networks for the PC games industry and the first revenue-sharing video web site. In his spare time, Noah collects cease and desist orders from Google & YouTube.

Darren Waddell
VP Marketing

Darren is a veteran marketing and product executive with expertise in local media and internet businesses. He loves building and being a part of disruptive startup teams.

Adrian Druzgalski
CTO and Co-Founder

Prior to Radius, Adrian was pursing a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Irvine. He holds degrees in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.

Tom brings a wealth of experience in from the Google Enterprise team where he developed a team of 1000+ employees and was the first ever front-line sales manager. More recently, he oversaw Google Apps for Education introduced to students and teachers around the world as well as Chromebook sales from launch to use by over 2000 schools in less than 2 years.

Megan Karlen
VP Business Development

Megan has extensive experience building partnerships and growing businesses, having spent her career as a business development executive and private equity investor. She earned her A.B. from Harvard College and her M.B.A from Harvard Business School.
