Can I get bulk SMB records?
Yes. With an active subscription, you can purchase bulk records whenever you choose - and take advantage of annual pricing. Records can be deployed to either your Salesforce account as new leads or via a spreadsheet that you can share with your sales team.

How does billing work?
Radius customers are billed for the number of records within their system that are matched and connected with the Radius database. As the number of connected records within your database changes, you can migrate to the appropriately sized plan. Customers may also purchase “one-off” business records to fill their sales pipeline.

What’s a connected record?
A connected record is a record within your Salesforce database that is connected and in sync with the Radius database. Connected records provide the basis by which you can segment the SMB market and develop new prospect lists.

What data is included in an SMB record?
